Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms “Joliewen”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WEINAQ SDN BHD and/or the Joliewen online store, as applicable.
2. Use of This Website
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, or reproduce or exploit website content without our permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizes, quantities, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, actual product appearance, including colour, may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations or packaging updates.
Product packaging or design may also change from time to time without materially changing the nature or intended function of the product.

4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the product.
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we may contact you to offer an alternative, adjust the order where appropriate, or provide a refund for the unavailable item.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on the Joliewen website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where there has been an obvious pricing or system error.
Any applicable delivery charges, discounts or other charges will be shown before the customer completes payment where applicable.
6. Orders
When you place an order through Joliewen, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete and accurate.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, message or through our website.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment has not been successfully processed;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed due to an obvious technical or administrative error;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another appropriate method.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Depending on availability, payment methods may include credit/debit cards, FPX, e-wallets or other payment options provided by our payment service providers.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Joliewen does not directly store complete payment-card details where payment processing is handled by those providers.
An order will generally only be processed after payment has been successfully authorised or received.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Joliewen may offer promotional codes, vouchers, discounts, bundles or other promotional offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may be subject to minimum spending requirements;
- may apply only to selected products;
- may have an expiry date;
- may not be used together with other promotions; and
- may be limited to one use per customer or order.
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of error, misuse or suspected fraud.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery timing may vary depending on factors including the delivery location, courier service, product availability, public holidays, peak periods and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Joliewen will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, unless expressly stated otherwise, a particular delivery date is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name and other delivery information.
Joliewen will not be responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject always to applicable law.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
10. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect a parcel where required, the parcel may be returned to us.
Where redelivery is requested, additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery was not caused by Joliewen or the courier.
We will contact the customer where reasonably practicable to arrange the appropriate next steps.
11. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items
We take reasonable care to ensure orders are packed correctly and products are supplied in good condition.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing from your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your parcel at:

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, refund or another solution.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.
12. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to Joliewen's applicable Return & Refund Policy and Malaysian consumer law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care or intimate-use products may not be eligible for return or exchange merely because of a change of mind once the product or its hygiene seal has been opened, used or tampered with, where permitted by law.
This does not affect a customer's rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method where practicable.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
13. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing, been packed or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel it.
If cancellation is possible, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund procedures.
Joliewen reserves the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for stock availability, payment, fraud prevention or obvious pricing/system errors.

Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act allows courts and the Tribunal to determine that unfair contractual terms are unenforceable or void, which is why this provision is intentionally qualified rather than written as an absolute exclusion of liability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents an eligible consumer from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under Malaysian consumer protection laws, including through the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia where applicable. The Tribunal can hear qualifying consumer claims concerning goods and services under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
